Expressions of Interest: Temporary Property Manager
Are you an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager seeking temporary work with excellent hourly rates?
We are calling for expressions of interest for a Temporary Property Manager! About the Role:
Manage a shared portfolio of 370 properties in a pod system.
Property management programs: PropertyMe, Inspection Manager, and REI Forms.
Conduct open homes on Saturdays as required(weekday off provided for balance).
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in managing property portfolios end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of property management legislation, systems and software.
Certificate or registration/Class 2 licence
Driver's licence and own car
