The Role
As the Visual Merchandising Area Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the VM Creative team and Retail Regional Manager to ensure the successful implementation of visual merchandising strategies across multiple stores within SA and WA. This role plays a critical part in translating brand and product strategies into tailored store layouts, coaching and empowering Store Managers to own effective VM execution, and driving operational excellence while maintaining a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an in-depth understanding of product collections, briefs, and the overall brand strategy to ensure alignment across stores
Ensure that store layouts reflect brand identity while maximising space and enhancing customer experience
Work closely with the Retail Regional Manager to prioritise store visits based on VM needs and strategic focus
Provide coaching and development to store teams, focusing on the 'art of science'
