A Practice Manager role has become available and you will be well supported by a large ‘back of house’ team, a Head Practice Nurse, Human Resources Officer, Clinic Administrator, Bookkeeper and Accountant, all of whom work collaboratively to provide a pleasant and productive environment to enable our front of house teams to provide exceptional customer service to our community.
With an average of 300 new patients joining our clinics each month, plus supporting the new GPs who are joining us in the new year, we are looking for someone with 5+ years experience, but most importantly, someone who is a good fit for our work family and is open to adapting to the AHA way, with a main focus on leadership and empowering others to be the very best version of themselves.
If you have at least five years experience as a Practice Manager, leading a team in a large mixed billing general practice clinic and are looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
Essential criteria:
Demonstrate effective leadership and mentoring
Team player with exceptional communication skills
Sound knowledge of Medicare Benefits Schedule and Fair Work legislation
Complaints management
Experience successfully achieving and maintaining 5th edition accreditation standards
Excellent time management skills
Ability and willingness to be on call 24/7 every fortnight for the week
Vaccinated against Covid-19
Desirable criteria:
Diploma in Professional Practice Leadership
Experience with software such as Best Practice, Cubiko, PracticeHub, Tanda, AutoMed, Microsoft Office and Word
