Client Onboarding Project Manager
The Business Implementation team is key to ensuring a smooth client onboarding and transition, led by the Client Onboarding Manager. This role spans pre-sales (RFI, RFP, DD), full ownership of client onboarding, operational model alignment, financial management, and collaboration across both internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of workstream tasks, validating deliverables, tracking milestones, and managing risks. They will coordinate both local and offshore teams, including Operations, IT, and project staff, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, management, and delivery.
Manage project resources, including workstream leads.
Facilitate client meetings on requirements, solutioning, testing, and implementation planning.
Oversee project risks, issues, dependencies, and quality, acting as an escalation point.
Implement a formal scope change process for all project requirements.
