Facilities & Procurement Specialist

The Facilities & Procurement Specialist role reports to the Head of Procurement and is responsible for maintaining our corporate facilities nationally and providing assistance to the business in line with procurement policy and process.
In this role you will have the opportunity to ensure the business operates efficiently through the optimisation of process and maintaining a safe and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities;

Oversee the facilities located nationally, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Safety/emergency management
Coordination of office and facilities repairs, maintenance and improvements
Management of facilities suppliers including landlords
Project Management for new locations, site refurbishments and make good on exiting locations
Stakeholder engagement
Support Head of Procurement in the delivery of procurement and facilities strategies
Ensure policy and processes are fully documented, visible to stakeholders and followed
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and
