We are running a range of initiatives involving Gaming, AML and RG including a large transformation program based around our gaming platform and number of tactical initiatives and we are seeking a capable program manager to oversee, manage and ensure the program is delivered on time, on budget and has wide support across the business.
The Project Manager - Transformation will deliver and manage the large transformational change to our gaming business in coordination with our internal teams, you will partner with a variety of cross functional teams and play a key role in positioning Endeavour Group’s gaming business to deliver to the continuously changing regulatory environment and market trends and consumer needs.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Delivery of the gaming platform of the future initiative which will have multiple inter-linked projects.
- End to end project management of the initiative including:
Detailed scoping of the project and detailed planning from requirements gathering to solution delivery
Creation of project plan and linking it to smartsheets - including a risk register
Daily management of external and internal stakeholders to drive a successful outcome
Creation of detailed milestones and socialisation and agreement by all stakeholders
Organisation or regular reporting governance and cadence to ensure project remains on track
- Collaboration with the business to gather requirements, work with technology to understand the implications and iterate as required.
- Creation of a final more detailed business case for delivery.
