About the Role:

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in grant research, proposal development, and project coordination. You’ll work closely with the team to identify funding opportunities, manage application processes, and support clients in achieving their business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grant and Awards Research: Identify and track funding and business award opportunities suitable for various industries.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in creating tailored grant proposals in collaboration with the account management team.
  • Application Management: Monitor application statuses, report outcomes, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Traineeship Coordination: Work with external providers to organise traineeship programs and complete related administrative tasks.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain a centralised schedule of opportunities and ensure timely updates for stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Admin Support: Prepare reports on grant activities and support the team with general administrative tasks.

 

More Info:

  • Location: North Sydney
  • Type: Part-time internship of at least 3 days per week
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Work Arrangement: Office-based
  • Start Date: mid January 2025
  • Allowance: monthly allowance will be provided to support some expenses during internship

 

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, or a related field.
  • Finance or Economics background is preferred. 
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with grants or funding processes is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, with a passion for helping businesses grow.
