Ethical Supports We seek to employ reliable and experienced Disability Carers in full-time positions. The responsibilities include: Personal Care: Assist with daily hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming) while ensuring comfort and privacy. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Household Tasks: Help with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Companionship: Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support. Health Monitoring: Report any changes in health or behaviour to the office team. Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments or social events. Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided and report any concerns. To be considered for this role, you’ll need Certificate III in Individual Support Certificate IV in Disability Minimum 2 years of work experience in providing personal care for clients Being bilingual- We are looking for Carers speaking Persian, Dari, Mandarin Current First Aid certificate Excellent communication skills A genuine desire to go above and beyond for our clients. The ability to use mobile technology and apps with ease.
