Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation.
Ensure projects comply with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Provide customer service to clients.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Professional email writing skills.
Arranging building inspections by local authorities.
Negotiating with building owners, property developers and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of building permits and application processes.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
