You have a proven track record in a dealership Service Advisor capacity, working as part of a team in a high-volume environment, and you have strong attention to detail. About the role: Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Working within Patterson Cheney policies, guidelines and standards
Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs
Be transparent and honest with the customer with estimated completion times and provide updates as required
Ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded throughout the experience
Providing support to other service advisors
Assisting Workshop Manager
