The Role: Reporting to an experienced, supportive Finance Manager and sitting within a high-performing team, this role suits a commercial candidate with experience in property and/or funds as well as a business services first mover with similar exposure!
Being part of this team, you will be looking after a number of funds, and will be responsible for a combination of financial and management accounting duties including, but not limited to:
- Month-end accounting duties
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Full-function property accounting
- Preparation of half-year/annual papers for reporting purposes
- Preparation of property income budgets and forecasts and monitoring
- Cashflow forecasting and maintenance of inter-company loan reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly BAS and tax returns
