Rockpool RAC is a fully accredited, privately owned aged care organisation offering residential, respite, memory support and palliative care services in Queensland.
Our mission is to provide care and services creating an environment for residents, families and our team that is safe, secure, inclusive, contemplative, reflective and vibrant with life.
We are excited to share that we will be opening Rockpool Songbird Oxley, our new home, in March !
At Rockpool, we believe aged care is more than just meeting needsits about empowering residents to lead their lives the way they choose. My Day, My Way is our guiding philosophy: we support residents to make their own choices about how they spend their day, from their routines to their activities, creating a home where individuality, dignity, and respect are at the centre of everything we do.
