To continue our success in expanding our heavy trucks department, Westar Trucks Derrimut is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Sales Coordinator to work with MAN and Western Star brands in their heavy truck department. Reporting to a very supportive Sales Manager, you will build business relationships without long-term VIP Fleet customers who will see you as their go-to person. This will be achieved by:
Partner with our VIP customers to tackle their needs and resolve any issues.
Assisting the Sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and following up to ensure everythings running smoothly.
Work closely with our finance, stock control, and customer service teams to make sure our sales operations are top-notch.
Ensure every deal is organised, processed and meets 5-star expectations so our valuable customers return for more.
Help prepare and submit tenders and quotes.
