About the role:
- Permanent Part-time, PPT15, minimum guarantee 15 hours per week
- You will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashing
- Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipment
- Recycling and removal of rubbish
- Assisting Chefs with food preparation as required
- Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
- Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, ALLSafe and WHS requirements.
