They are seeking a quality biased Quality, Health and Safety Manager or an engineer who is ready to make the step up. This is a hands on role for an SME, with no direct line management but the opportunity to manage the complete function of Quality and H&S, along with being part of the senior management team and have your voice heard, to shape the direction of the business and processes. The responsibilities of the Quality, Health and Safety Manager include:
Ensure that the processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
Establishing a good dialogue with our customers. Being the main contact for customer audits, service reviews and any Quality related issues.
