The Role
Reporting to the Pet Health Team Leader, you will be responsible for administering claims in a timely manner while delivering consistently high levels of customer service. The role is primarily site based in our Toowong office. Your main duties and responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to;
With a high attention to detail, assessing claims accurately through reviewing Veterinary histories and policy documentation to determine the correct outcome of customer claims
Obtaining complete and accurate information regarding circumstances surrounding submitted claims
Liaising with our internal Veterinary Officers, and external Veterinary Clinic or Hospital staff when necessary
Responding to incoming customer calls and providing excellent phone service in addressing claims queries
Acting as first point of contact for customer complaints and resolve these through listening
