Job Description : Are you a skilled Senior Farm Hand seeking a long-term role in a supportive and welcoming environment? This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a family 3,000-acre, family-run property located near Mullaley, NSW. This broad acre and irrigated property plants cereal crops, and cotton which includes 150 hectares of flood irrigation and 3 centre pivots, supported by John Deere machinery, including a self-propelled spray rig and tractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Work independently and as part of a team, collaborating directly with the property owner
Operate and maintain all farm machinery
Confident with Greenstar GPS technology
Contribute to daily farm operations and tasks
Demonstrate strong mechanical skills and ensure proper machinery upkeep
Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail
