The role A newly created Senior Payroll position to head the Australian operations and report to the Group Payroll Manager. The successful candidate will be supported in the role and trained to lead the payroll function and eventually have a Payroll officer report to them. Responsibilities:
End to end payroll processing including balancing and reporting, new hires, and termination processing.
Knowledge of payroll legislation, including Super, payroll tax & STP
Reporting, reconciliations, super calculations, and maintenance
Liaising with internal stakeholders and responding to questions in a timely manner
Compliance with Modern Awards & EBA Interpretation
