ISS is currently seeking an experienced individual to join us in the position of Case Manager based at our ISS Corporate Office in Macquarie Park employed on a Full Time basis.
Reporting to the Regional Manager ? Injury Assist NSW, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal injury claims by using a range of tools and processes to administer early return to work intervention, injury management and claims management practices. The role will also require assisting Senior Case Managers and the Regional Manager where required.
The Position:
End to end workers compensation claims management from early intervention; including injury management, return to work planning and implementation, as well as general data and compliance management (eg compliance with Self-Insurance claims audit tool and general SIRA standards of practice).
