Key Responsibilities:
Leverage UKG Workforce Management tools, including UKG PRO, to enhance scheduling and forecasting efficiency.
Apply expertise in Advanced Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Analytics & Reporting to optimize workforce operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective forecasting strategies and scheduling solutions tailored to dynamic business needs.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in forecasting and scheduling.
Proficiency in UKG WFM (Workforce Management) solutions, particularly UKG PRO.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on workforce optimization.
