We are currently working with a global brand who are expanding their Sydney based offices. The graduate role available is a Call Centre/Customer Service Representative and is to join the Sydney customer service team. The role will involve.


Processing of sales orders
Handling inbound sales calls and customer enquiries
Liaison with the warehouse personnel and ensuring stock availability is monitored
Responding to customer enquiries via email and chat
Follow up with transport companies for customer orders
Processing and sending quotes
Skills/Qualifications


Bachelor?s degree is required
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Great customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
A team player
Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
