Dragon Glass Lamination are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Plant / Production Engineer to join their team in Bomen NSW 2650.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Optimization: Develop and implement production schedules,
identify inefficiencies, and streamline workflows.
- Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards, conduct
inspections, and address deviations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance activities, schedule repairs,
and implement predictive maintenance techniques.
- Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, analyze data, and introduce new technologies.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with
safety regulations, mitigate hazards, and promote sustainability.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance to production staff, conduct training, and foster teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, knowledge of process optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and safety awareness.
