RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Location: Port Wakefield, SA 5550
Tenure: Full-time, Permanent
Comprehensive salary package from $80,000 - $100,000 pa (plus superannuation at 10.5% OTE)
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Recruitment or Human Resource or equivalent
• At least 3 years of recent and relevant experience
On behalf of our client, Global Skilled Employment Services is looking for skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant for a full-time, permanent position in Port Wakefield, SA 5550.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Support managers with an understanding of the impact from HR requirements
• Provide HR advice to managers to ensure that HR strategies and tactics align business objectives
• Attract and maintain the highest calibre of talent by driving rigorous recruitment and selection processes and well-targeted training and development programs
• Develop and keep updated job requirements and/or job descriptions for all positions as appropriate
• Coordinate the reward and recognition program for Primo Foods
• Support the HR annual programs including KPI Setting, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Provide support for coaching to assist managers with decision making across team as required
Other skills required:
• Demonstrated ability to translate Strategic vision into Tactical and Operational plans that are fully implemented
• Strong Communicator with excellent listening and interaction skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure
• The ability to prioritise tasks and be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously; and the ability to interface with all levels of management.
