About the Opportunity
Questas Group has a great opportunity available for a Shared Services Manager to join our team in our brand-new modern office in Norwest.
In this hands on role you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Questas Group finance shared services team and provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Management Services and Payroll teams.
You will establish service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the four finance areas and identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and automation.
