About The Role
The newly created role of Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead at Flavorite plays a vital role in shaping and driving the organisations health, safety, and employee wellbeing agenda. Reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer, this role is responsible for both strategic and operational leadership in promoting a culture of safety, health and wellbeing across multiple sites. As a business partner and subject matter expert, this role involves developing and implementing safety and health strategies and programs, e nsuring a streamlined approach to compliance with all relevant Australian legislation, and driving initiatives that foster and contribute to a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
