About the role:
My client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations to join their small team. This position is available as an s26 transfer (temporary or permanent) or a non-ongoing engagement for an initial term of 6 to 12 months.
In addition to Employee Relations, youll have the opportunity to work across a broader range of generalist HR functions along with working on some interesting and impactful pieces of work including:
Assist to develop the performance and employment strategy and rewards and recognition program
SES reporting and management of SES workplace terms and conditions
Contribute to developing employment policy
