About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager (NSM), the Dealer Principal is a highly visible position, which is poised for the challenge of opening a new RV dealership in the Bundaberg area. You will build a successful team to deliver on sales and revenue targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who can support both high-level complex Sales and servicing responsibilities as well as not being afraid to dive into the details on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
Help build the dealership from the ground up including and get it ready for the grand opening. This includes setup, prepare & furnishing of the Dealership.
Develop a strong team culture that encourages success and minimises staff turnover.
Create a collaboratively and customer centric environment managing all aspects of the dealership including finance & insurance options, parts & accessories, service
