Farm/Harvest Cook Rowena NSW Immediate Start (late Nov)
Located near Rowena, NSW, our client is a large agricultural enterprise specialising in the midst of harvest. They currently seek a temporary Harvest Cook who will be responsible for feeding the team of farm machinery operators from late November through harvest and until the end of January.
Role Description
Main duties will include:
Preparing and cooking simple but hearty evening meals for a farm crew of upto 30. Numbers will reduce over Christmas and January.
Preparation of food and sandwiches for packed lunches
Stock control of all kitchen food inventory and cold storage.
Maintaining the kitchen to a high standard of safety and hygiene according to management.
Working alongside 1-2 kitchen assistants
