Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, evaluation, and modification of contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Address and resolve inquiries and issues related to contracts, projects, and services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Efficiently manage and organize all contract-related documentation and communications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineering professionals to guarantee project objectives are achieved.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on key contractual matters and implement decisions to promote project progress and integrity.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure the legal, financial, and operational adherence of contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline contract administration processes.
• Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure cohesive project advancement.
What We Offer:
• A full-time position with 38 hours of work per week.
• A competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation annually.
Who We Are Looking For:
• Applicants with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• A minimum of an AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field.
