Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Services Manager to prudently manage the administrative affairs of Hellomello. We are looking for an excellent operator to be the backbone of our business operations, corporate governance, supplier relationships, admin management and finance. Your support will empower units across the organization to deliver their best work, while you ensure we remain compliant, strategic, and ahead of the curve. As part of the executive leadership team, the Manager will work closely with the CEO and the Operations Manager.


Skills and experience:


- Based in Melbourne, Victoria
- Minimum 1 year relevant management experience
- Knowledge of, and experience working in, the healthcare industry preferred
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team


Responsibilities:


- Offering comprehensive strategic, and operational support, conducting research, and advising the management team on topics like staff coordination, financial planning, vendor management, and technology services.
- Overseeing and optimising the organisation's administrative, financial, physical, and human resources.
- Creating and enforcing procedural statements and guidelines related to administrative, and operational functions for staff use.
- Evaluating complex resource management challenges and projects impacting the organization, along with drafting related reports, communications, and proposals.
- Providing key business support to the management team in relation to the preparation of financial reports, forecasts and budgets.
- Produce qualitative analysis on recent business performance to the Finance Manager for the purposes of reviewing forecasted financials vs actuals.
- Working closely with the Operations team to help guide the strategic direction of product development in line with financial budgets.
