One of our Clients A J CON PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Carpenter. Our client is one of the leading building and construction works providers in Melbourne's northern region. Our client is an expert in building works and designing custom homes with premium quality standards. We are currently seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team; the details of the job position are listed below:
• Position: Carpenter
• Salary Range: $70k to $80k plus superannuation, subject to review based on performance
• Location: Essendon, VIC, 3040
The role involves the following tasks:
• Installing handrails, grab rails and other home access products for the elderly and disabled.
• Framing, setting out, fixing out, cladding, pergolas, decking, reading and interpreting plan home renovations Locking and fixing.
• Measuring and preparing quotes on drawings.
• Turf installation, Timber edging, levelling, Reading and Interpreting plans, Site evacuation including use of machinery.
To be considered for this role, your key skills, and attributes must include:
• Relevant qualifications with at least 2 years of professional work experience.
• Have a minimum of Certificate level of qualification in the relevant field
• Attention to detail
• Full working rights to work in Australia.
