YOUR ROLE
Council is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Building Surveyor with demonstrated experience and knowledge in building certification, fire safety and land use planning.
In this role you will utilise your extensive experience and knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act , Local Government Act , Plumbing and Drainage Act , National Construction Code and other relevant NSW legislation.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
An annual salary between $99,704 ? $112,210 dependent upon skills and experience (plus 11.5% superannuation)
Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
