About the role
We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join the Wagners team in our Toowoomba Workshop.
The Electrical Supervisor is a busy role and is responsible for the organisation and execution of daily work activities carried out by the electrical staff throughout varies sites within SE Queensland.
Duties
Organise and structure workload for staff ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain compliance of electrical systems under the AS : and Mining Acts
Liaise with external power providers for applications and compliance
Responsible for the development and implementation of projects, and management of budgets and forecasts
Employee engagement including employee reviews, training and apprentices
Compile quotes and tenders for both internal and external customers
Implement and retain a high level of safety culture within the
