About the Company Our client is a boutique energy provider, with an established clientele, and operations spanning almost 20 years. As the Recoveries & Hardship Officer you will work in a team of four to obtain payment for outstanding account balances and to assist customers with payment options and payment plans. This is a soft debt recovery role where you will respectfully assist the customer to meet their obligations. About the Role The Recoveries & Hardship Officer will require an empathetic, structured and methodical approach, with excellent customer service skills.
