We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HME Workshop Manager to join our growing team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive HME Workshop Manager to take ownership of the workshop and build a successful team. You will have a proven ability to focus on building the Workshop pipeline of work to support budgeted numbers and goals. Building a highly skilled team and ensuring clear communication with all personnel to deliver works safely, on time, within budget and outstanding quality.
You will track budgets, costs and P&L activity, minimising company exposure & risk on all works. You will have the ability to investigate & negotiate change proposals with relevant stakeholders and ensure milestones & performance indicators are met
