Coffee Machine Technician

One of the leaders in commercial coffee facilities / machines, are now seeking an experienced Field Service Technician. This is an on the road position, requiring some overnight stays, and requires a person with at least 2 years experience in an on the road techncian role.

Responsibilities
? Executive service orders as received by the central planning team.
? Perform Installation and commissioning of coffee machines.
? Perform operator training on the coffee machine and attachments.
? Prepare coffee recipes and machine programming.
? Perform Planned Maintenance on coffee machines.
? Perform Reactive Maintenance.
? Prepare technical reports (customer service report) for each service order.
? Provide recommendations for product improvement.
? Provide clear feedback to customer on reason for service visit.
? Participates after-hours on-call roster.
? Supports sales where required on technical topics.
? Participation in training, conferences, and trade fairs.

Candidates must have
? Minimum 2-3 years in similar role.
? Skills in hydraulic, mechanics and electronics.
? Willingness to travel several days at a time without returning home.
? Customer orientated and good communication skills.
? General knowledge of standard computer programs.
