SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team at Brisbane Airport.
We currently have approx. 30 hours per week available, Monday to Sunday, to meet business demand.
As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with our customers face-to-face, on the phone, and via email
- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Selling additional over the counter rental products
- Managing reservations and allocating vehicles
- Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
- Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
- Delivering vehicles between sites
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
