Haynes are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers for day and afternoon shifts with one of our valued clients located in Mackay, Queensland. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
Mark out steel components and cut, notch, drill ream, shape and form steel components in accordance with engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
Fit up and tack weld steel components with correct dimensions, edge preparations, weld preparations and gaps to tolerance indicated in drawings
Fit lifting lugs, bracing,
