Do you have experience in the Youth out of Home care sector and hold a Masters in psychology or Social work? This exciting new role will combine your experience in resi youth work and clinical knowledge and experience to ensure that you contribute to the oversight of effective and efficient delivery of clinical operations of allocated programs operated by the organisation. POSITION REQUIREMENTS You will be Required to have:
Masters level qualification in Psychology or Social Work.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical and practice roles with a focus on Out of Home Care (OOHC), trauma informed practice, complex behaviour support.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the capacity to translate strategies into operational activities with a clinical lens.
Experience in clinical, risk, and human resource management.
