As the Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the site operations. Leading a team of 20 employees, including 2 Operations Managers and 3 Team Leads, youll drive operational excellence, commercial growth, and sustainability initiatives. Youll have the autonomy to optimise processes, develop new solutions for clients, and deliver results that make a positive environmental impact.
