You will use your extensive experience in personal injury and liability within this space to support large corporate organisation through the claims process and manage the claims including, mediation, facilitation, and negotiations. The Role:
Process and manage professional standards claims within approved financial limits
Provide specialised technical advice and support to internal and external clients
Deliver clear and timely written and verbal communications to clients, including updates on claim strategies
Represent the insurer and clients in mediations, conferences, and negotiations
Provide specific instructions to solicitors, investigators, and barristers within financial authority limits
