As our Employee Experience Consultant take a lead role in planning and design, coordinating, facilitating, and implementing a range of innovative and contemporary initiatives that support the development and enhancement of a high performing organisation. Key features of this role include providing internal consultancy services, undertaking learning needs analysis, and designing, developing and implementing tailored solutions that drive capability development, behavioural change, engagement and continuous improvement. The role works collaboratively with the People, Safety and Culture team and in house subject matter experts to ensure programs and initiatives are in line with strategic objectives and strives for employee experience excellence.
