Seeking experienced RIO Tinto Inducted Electricians for an exciting Aerodrome Lighting Project in the Pilbara region.
Location: Pilbara, Western Australia
Employment Type: FIFO (2:1 roster, night shifts)
Duration: 4-6 months (with potential for extension)
Commencement Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $85-$90 per hour super
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and maintain solar, hybrid, and traditional airfield lighting systems.
Fault-find and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure safe, continuous lighting operations.
Provide leadership and support to the electrical team, ensuring efficient project execution.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and compliance checks to meet industry standards.
Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on airfield lighting systems to minimise downtime.
Generate reports on system status, identifying safety or performance improvements.
Requirements:
RIO Inducted (mandatory).
Electrical Licence (essential).
Isolation Authorised (preferred).
