The Business Analyst will achieve successful outcomes through the application of robust methodologies to support the identification and analysing improvements to business processes, electronic system developments, corporate information management, associated workflows and customer service delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Developed understanding of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK) or equivalent qualifications, with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst.
Having an understanding of Project Management methodologies and processes is highly desirable.
Knowledgeable in the Microsoft 365 applications suite with advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
