Experience
Proven experience as a Safety Advisor or similar in the Construction, Civil, and Mining industries
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct safety audits and create reports
Expertise in HSE management practices and tools
Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, as well as monitoring risk controls and project implementation
