Service Desk Assistant Contract with Local Gov Your new company Our client is a local government agency looking to add to their flourishing Service Desk team. Your new role
The ICT Service Centre is the primary service desk providing quality "first-point-of-contact" for the information communication technology (ICT) needs customers, including the accurate logging and resolution of ICT incidents and service requests.

This is provided through different support channels such as: 1. Phone calls 2. Self Service tickets 3. Tech Street (Face to Face support)
What you'll need to succeed

Strong customer service skills
Knowledge across various software applications eg. Office365, Active Directory, SAP, Citrix.
Service Desk experience, including management of tickets within an ITSM Platform

What you'll get in return You will enjoy a 6 month contract with potential extension. The role is based out of the Brisbane CBD.
