Your new role
As an Account Manager - Commercial HVAC, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within the commercial HVAC segment. Reporting to the State Commercial Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, mechanical contractors, and consultants. Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, enhancing market share, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with the company's core product range of grilles, ducts, fittings, and controls.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 2 years of proven commercial HVAC sales experience or relevant technical sales experience in the B2B sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly in commercial and industrial applications.
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex sales discussions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
