The Role We are searching for an Internal Sales Representative to join the team based in Perth. You will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities to new clients and providing excellent customer service. This role will suit someone who thrives on success and working within a high performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about products and pricing
Follow up on outstanding quotes to convert opportunities and manage order entry for a smooth customer experience
Document customer interactions in the CRM system and refer potential opportunities to Key Account Managers
