Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This role involves high-quality stainless steel and aluminium fabrication, with responsibilities split between our workshop and client sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Fabricate and weld using aluminium and stainless steel to meet precise specifications.
• Travel to client sites as needed to deliver on-site welding and fabrication services.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to a clean and efficient workspace.
Skills Required
• Strong proficiency in aluminium and stainless-steel welding techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in the operation of welding equipment and fabrication tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address fabrication challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
Additional Requirements
• Proven experience in stainless steel and aluminium welding and fabrication.
• Current driver’s license.
• White Card for construction site access.
• Willingness to work in both the workshop and at client locations.
Qualifications Required
• Suitable trade certification or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
