Salary: $56,000 to $73,000
We are seeking qualified, experienced, passionate and driven cooks to join our Kitchen Team of our expanding venues over multiple locations in Regional NSW. With a quality driven team working closely with farmers, producers and artisan crafters, we select some of our region’s best ingredients to celebrate the abundance of beautiful produce regional NSW has to offer.
This role will require you to prepare and cook food in accordance with set requirements and regulations. You will be required to work with other staff members to deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
As an experienced cook you will need to have the following attributes:

Qualifications
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience
• At least 3 years commercial cooking experience at a Commis or Demi level
• Proven experience working in the hospitality industry
